The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to mobile homes
or mobile home parks located within Cuba Village upon the effective
date of this chapter; provided, however, that the remodeling of existing
mobile homes or the expansion, change or renovation of existing mobile
home parks shall comply with the provisions of this chapter.
