[By resolution of the Village Board on May 28, 1928, the
New York State Sanitary Code, as adopted by the Village Board of Health,
was approved and adopted. By resolution of the Village Board on May
12, 1975, the local health district of the village was abolished in
compliance with the Village Law and in order that the village would
be covered under the Allegany County Health Department.]
