Signs — See Ch. 184.
No person shall post any handbill, notice or advertisement of any kind whatever, or print, paint, stamp or otherwise mark any words, letters, figures, signs or tokens of any sort or kind on any flagstone, curbstone, sidewalk, telegraph, telephone or electric-light pole, shade trees or fence or any property of the village.
Village officials in the conduct of village business shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter.
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $250, imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment, for each and every offense.
