to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees in accordance with provisions
of Section 617.4(j) of Part 617.
For the purposes of this chapter, Type I actions include all those given
in Section 617.12 of Part 617.
For the purposes of this chapter, Type II actions include all those
listed in Section 617.13 of Part 617.
