[The Planning Board for the Town of Lloyd exists and operates pursuant
to the provisions of the Town Law § 271 et seq. and was appointed
by resolution of the Town of Lloyd 11-18-1955. This resolution
authorizes and empowers the Planning Board to approve plats involving new
streets and highways in the Town and provides that the Planning Board shall
exercise the powers and perform the duties conferred and imposed upon it by
the provisions of the Town Law §§ 276, 277 and 278 and shall
be subject to the restrictions and limitations in those sections imposed upon
it and its authority.]
