It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle of
any type or description, including but not limited to minibikes, trail bikes
and snowmobiles, on any lands of any water or sewer improvement district within
the Town of Wappinger.
There shall be excepted from the prohibition set forth in § 180-1 of this article the operation of a licensed motor vehicle, provided that said motor vehicle is operated on a designated road or within a designated parking area and is used solely for the purpose of entering and leaving said district for the undertaking of repairs and maintenance for such district.

Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate any of the provisions of this article or any rule or regulation made pursuant thereto shall be guilty of a violation and shall be punished by a fine in the amount set forth in Chapter 122, Article V, § 122-20W of the Code or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.

This chapter will be enforced by the Zoning Administrator, the Building
Inspector, the Deputy Building Inspector, the Fire Inspector, the Deputy Fire
Inspector and any police agency having jurisdiction within the Town of Wappinger.
