The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the defense and indemnification
of town employees pursuant to § 18 of the Public Officers Law.
The Town of Salina hereby confers the benefits of § 18 of
the Public Officers Law upon its employees, subject to the limitations set
forth in § 18 of the Public Officers Law.
The Town of Salina hereby agrees to be held liable for the costs incurred
under § 18 of the Public Officers Law, subject to the limitations
set forth in § 18 of the Public Officers Law.
