No person not a resident of the Village of Sands Point shall take fish
bait from the shores within or bounding upon the village without a license
from the Board of Trustees.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall pay a fine
of $250, and in addition thereto, such violation shall constitute and is hereby
declared to be disorderly conduct, and any person violating the same shall
be and is hereby declared to be a disorderly person.
