No person shall intentionally and without the consent or permission
from the lawful owner or occupant thereof make or cause to be made entry upon
or trespass to the land or property of another, public or private, or any
part thereof, within the limits of the village.
No person shall dump any refuse, abandoned material, junk or other substance
upon the land or property of another, public or private, or any part thereof,
within the limits of the village, without the express consent or permission
in writing of the lawful owner.

Every person violating this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not
more than $250 for each violation, and in addition thereto, such violation
shall constitute disorderly conduct and the person violating the same shall
be a disorderly person.
