[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Somers 5-11-1955; amended in its entirety 8-9-1960. Section 100-2 amended at time of adoption of Code; see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I. Other amendments noted where applicable.]
Fishing from the following bridges in the Town of Somers, Westchester County, is hereby prohibited at any time:
A. 
The reservoir bridge on Plumbrook Road.
B. 
The Wood Street Bridge over Muscoot River.
C. 
The bridge on Pinesbridge Road over Hallock's Mill Brook.
Any person committing an offense against any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
