Trails, fire roads, bridle paths and other unpaved
Village-owned courses as restricted to resident pedestrians and horseback
riders only. No unauthorized vehicles of any kind are permitted on
these roads and trails unless a temporary written permit is secured
from the Police Chief, Mayor or Board of Trustees.
None of these courses may be used for Village
access or egress except under special conditions authorized by the
Police Chief, Mayor or Board of Trustees.[1]
Any use of Village property deemed to be a nuisance
or detrimental to the public health, safety, welfare or aesthetics
may be terminated by any of the above officials without prior notice.
