Preliminary filing fees as established by resolution of the Board of Trustees shall accompany the preliminary layout.[1]

B. 
A Board review fee for EAF evaluation is also due at the time of preliminary layout filing.
C. 
Deposits for engineering analysis, EIS review, etc., shall be determined during the course of subdivision evaluation.
D. 
Assessments and utility charges, if any, are determined by the Board of Trustees and become payable upon final approval.
E. 
Issuing fees are levied on a per lot basis and are determined by resolution of the Board of Trustees and payable upon approval of the final plat.
