Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch. A230, Cable Television Franchise, adopted 12-21-2010 by Ord. No. 9-2010.
This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Kutztown Borough Cable Television Franchise Ordinance."
A. 
The Borough of Kutztown does hereby grant and approve the cable franchise agreement negotiated with Service Electric Cablevision, Inc., incorporated herein by reference and to be kept on file with the Borough Secretary.
B. 
The Borough of Kutztown does hereby grant and approve the cable franchise agreement negotiated with CSI Digital, Inc., incorporated herein by reference and to be kept on file with the Borough Secretary.
Any future franchise agreements negotiated with providers of cable television services to be provided within the Borough of Kutztown shall contain the terms and conditions set forth in the agreements incorporated by reference into § A230-2 of the Code of the Borough of Kutztown.
