It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation, or any agents thereof, to park their automobiles, trucks or other vehicles in any manner except diagonal parking on the following described premises:

Parking is absolutely prohibited on the streets of the Borough of Lake City, Erie County, Pennsylvania, during the months from November 15 through March of each and every year, for the hours from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and from 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Parking is hereby prohibited upon any of the following described streets or parts of streets:

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $14 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than five days.
