Ordinances). Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Malvern Fireman's Relief Association of the Borough is hereby
designated as the organization to which shall be paid all moneys received
by the Treasurer from the State Treasurer on account of premiums paid by foreign
fire insurance companies in accordance with the provisions of the Act of Assembly
approved April 25, 1929, and the Borough Treasurer is hereby directed to pay
such funds in accordance herewith.
