[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Lynbrook 4-12-1993 as L.L. No. 3-1993. Amendments noted where
applicable.]
In addition to officers authorized by New York State law to
sign checks on behalf of the village, the Board of Trustees may, by
resolution, grant such authority to any officer of the village. A
certified copy of such resolution shall be notice to the depository
of such authorization. This section shall supersede § 4-408
of the Village Law to the extent of any inconsistency.
