[Adopted 3-13-1984 by Ord. No. 84-5]
The Board of Health previously established is hereby continued
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:3-9 et seq. and shall consist of seven members,
as follows: the five members of the Township Committee, the Township
Clerk and one physician, to be appointed by the Township Committee
for a term of three years from the time of his or her appointment
and until his or her successor is appointed.
