There shall be a Municipal Judge of the Municipal Court who shall be
appointed by the Borough Council. The Municipal Judge shall be an attorney
at law of the State of New Jersey and shall serve for a term of three years
from the date of appointment and until a successor is appointed and qualified.
The Municipal Judge shall have, possess and exercise all the powers, functions
and duties which are or may be conferred by law and the applicable Rules of
the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
The compensation of the Judge of the Municipal Court shall be established
by ordinance and shall be in lieu of all fees.
