GENERAL REFERENCES
Amusements and amusement devices — See Ch. 72.
No person, firm, corporation or association shall maintain, operate or conduct any pool or billiard hall within the Borough of Palmyra.
For the purpose of this chapter, a "pool or billiard hall" shall be deemed to be any place where two or more pool or billiard tables are maintained for public use; provided, however, that this chapter shall not apply to billiard tables in any recreation center operated by any board or body of a municipality and which is not maintained for profit.
Any person, firm or corporation violating this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each and every day that a pool or billiard hall is maintained, operated or conducted in violation of this chapter shall be deemed a separate and distinct violation.
