There is hereby established in the Borough of Paulsboro a Junior Firefighters'
Auxiliary to be known as the "Paulsboro Junior Firefighters' Auxiliary."
No person shall be eligible for membership in the Paulsboro Junior Firefighters'
Auxiliary who is less than 16 or more than 17 years of age and not a resident
of the Borough of Paulsboro. All members must have written and affirmed permission
from a parent or legal guardian.
The governing body of the Borough of Paulsboro shall be responsible
for adopting and amending, by resolution, rules and regulations governing
members of the Paulsboro Junior Firefighters' Auxiliary. Copies of the
current rules and regulations shall be given to all junior and regular members
of the Paulsboro Fire Department and shall be posted in a conspicuous place
in each fire company station.
