Trees — See Ch. 191.
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 64 of Title 40 of the Revised
Statutes of the State of New Jersey, there is hereby created in the Borough
of Pemberton a commission which shall be known as the "Shade Tree Commission
of the Borough of Pemberton."

Editor's Note: The Borough Council now acts as the Shade Tree Commission.
The Commission hereby created shall be a Shade Tree Commission as contemplated
and provided for by said chapter and shall have and exercise all of the powers
and perform all of the duties provided for by said chapter.
The regulation, planting, care and control of shade and ornamental trees
and shrubbery upon and in the streets, highways, public places, parks and
parkways of the Borough, except county parks and parkways, shall be exercised
by and under the authority of the Commission thereby created.
