Use of the Senior Community Center by private groups, organizations, or individuals shall be permitted only under the terms and conditions set forth in this chapter.
Use of the Senior Community Center by private groups, organizations, or individuals shall be subject to rules and regulations established by the Mayor and Borough Council, and the failure to comply with the rules and regulations shall be a violation of this chapter.
