No person or persons shall kindle or set any fire nor burn any waste, trash, rubbish or other materials whatsoever (other than within a dwelling house or other building) in the Township of Riverside aforesaid, at any time, unless permission to do so is received from the Township Committee or from the Fire Marshal of the Township of Riverside.

Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof before any court or Magistrate having jurisdiction, be subject to one or more of the following: a fine not exceeding $1,000; a term of imprisonment not exceeding 90 days; or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days.
