No person or persons shall kindle or set any fire nor burn any
waste, trash, rubbish or other materials whatsoever (other than within
a dwelling house or other building) in the Township of Riverside aforesaid,
at any time, unless permission to do so is received from the Township
Committee or from the Fire Marshal of the Township of Riverside.
