§ 203-1 License required.

No person, firm or corporation shall practice or engage in the business of plumbing unless all such plumbing work is done by or under the supervision of a plumber licensed by the State of New Jersey pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 45:14C-1 et seq.

§ 203-2 Exceptions.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to plumbing work performed by a property owner on his own property.

§ 203-3 Violations and penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to one or more of the following: a fine not exceeding $1,000; a term of imprisonment not exceeding 90 days; or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days.
