No person shall discharge directly or indirectly
into the local sewer system any wastewater the characteristics of
which do not conform to the concentration limits prescribed in the
rules and regulations of the Utility or discharge into the local sewer
system any toxic substances or any other objectionable material or
substances as specified under these rules and regulations except upon
written approval by the Superintendent of the Department of Public
Works and upon such terms and conditions as may be established by
the Atlantic County Municipal Utilities Authority in the acceptance
of the wastewater.
