Editor's Note: Former Ch. 36, Sewerage Authority, adopted 2-11-1987 by Ord. No. 87-3, was repealed 6-20-2000 by Ord. No. 00-6. This ordinance also provided that, with the dissolution of the Washington Township Sewerage Authority, all duties, functions and responsibilities of the Authority, where applicable, shall become the responsibility of the Washington Township Committee.
