Minor volunteer fire fighters are hereby allowed
and authorized to participate in fund-raising activities sponsored
by the volunteer fire company they represent, except as herein provided.
Fund-raising activities shall exclude any activity
involving coin drops conducted in and upon any public street, alley
or thoroughfare.
This article shall not enlarge or be interpreted
to enlarge the restriction on activities of junior firemen as set
out in the Child Labor Law.
