The Greenwood Hose Company is hereby designated
the sole provider of emergency ambulance service within the Borough
of Moosic.
That designation shall continue only so long
as said hose company is able to provide adequate service to the citizens
of the Borough of Moosic.

If at any time the Greenwood Hose Company is unable to adequately
respond or provide adequate ambulance service, then those employees
and/or officers of the Borough may utilize any provider of emergency
services that is adequate.
