[Adopted at time of adoption of Code (see
Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
The Tax Collector is hereby authorized to charge
a fee of $10 for providing written certification as to the status
of Borough taxes.
Said fee shall not be charged for mailing out
the annual tax bills.
The Tax Collector shall maintain accurate records
as to the number of requests and the total amount of fees secured.
By March 1 of each year the Tax Collector shall
forward to the Borough Council a report detailing the monies the Tax
Collector has collected for the prior year for the charges allowed
pursuant to this article.
The Tax Collector shall not charge or impose
any fees for a request made by any employee or representative of the
Borough of Moosic, which request is made on behalf of the Borough
of Moosic.
