A. 
The Borough parks shall be opened daily to all citizens on absolutely equal terms, and none shall be given special privileges thereon or be permitted to make use of them for any purpose not practically to all and not in consonance with the proper use of the park; provided, for any of the athletic fields, the appropriate organization in charge of said field will schedule all use of the field as the organization deems fit.
B. 
Hours of operation. All parks and pavilions located in parks in the Borough of Moosic shall be opened from dawn to dusk.
C. 
The use of driveways and walks. The Borough parks are constructed and maintained for the use of the public at large, but the driveways and roads therein shall be used only by persons in vehicles used for the purpose of pleasure or by persons on bicycles; the walks and paths are designed for the exclusive use of pedestrians. Further, roller skates, roller blades, skateboards and/or similar types of items shall not be used on the walks and paths.

All bicycles in Borough parks shall possess all the rights and privileges now accorded to vehicles and shall strictly comply with all rules of the road, and in addition thereof are subject to the following:
A. 
Riding at a faster rate then five miles per hour is prohibited;
B. 
A bicycle shall not be towed by a rope or otherwise;
C. 
Riding more than two abreast is prohibited;
D. 
Riders must keep their feet on the pedals and their hands on the handlebars;
E. 
Riding on foot paths is prohibited;
F. 
No person shall in a Borough park go within the shrubbery or upon the turf or on the turf between the drives and the walks, or walk on the rides or drives except to cross them, or sit or stand on a balustrade, wall or fence, or stand or lie down on a bench or a seat.
G. 
No bicycling shall be allowed on paths and trails designated as walking only.
No person shall in a Borough park throw or discharge a stone, missile or other projectile.
It shall be unlawful for any person to make or start a fire in a Borough park, except in designated areas and in appropriate grills or similar device.
No person shall, except for in a place provided for, play ball or any other game or sport in a Borough park.
It shall be unlawful for any person to have possession of any alcoholic beverages in a Borough park.
It is unlawful and prohibited for any person to operate or use any type of ATVs, minibikes, go-carts or any other similar type of vehicle within any Borough park.
It shall be unlawful for any person in a Borough park to sell, expose for sale, or give away any goods, wares or circulars or poster displaying any signs, placards or advertising device unless authorized by the Borough or the appropriate organization in charge of the park.
A. 
No person shall remove, destroy, deface or otherwise damage any signs, bulletin board, or posted list of regulations in any park within the Borough of Moosic.
B. 
No golfing shall be allowed in any park or athletic fields.
C. 
No animals shall be allowed on athletic fields.
D. 
All animals must be curbed in Borough parks, and the owner is required to clean all animal feces and dispose of properly.
E. 
Loitering in groups of three or more is prohibited in all parks.
No person shall refuse or neglect to obey any reasonable directions of a police officer or an employee of the Department of Public Works when given as part of his employment duties.
Any person who violates or permits a violation of this article, upon being convicted before a District Justice, shall pay a fine not exceeding $100 and any costs incurred by the Borough of Moosic and, in default of payment of the fines and costs, shall be subject to imprisonment in the Borough Jail for a period not exceeding 30 days. Each day of the violation shall be considered separate violations and offenses.
