[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of Tullytown 7-1-1995 by Ord. No. 233 (Ch. 4, Part 1 of the 1985 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]

All houses and businesses in the Borough of Tullytown shall have numbering designating the address of their properties with three-inch reflective numbers easily visible from the street at least four feet off the ground.
The Fire Department of the Borough of Tullytown shall supervise and place on the houses and businesses all the numbers designating the address of the property, the numbers to be supplied by the Fire Department; and the homeowner and/or business owner, as the case may be, shall pay the cost of the numbers plus $5 to the Fire Department for the supply and placement of said numbers.

In the event a homeowner or a business owner has existing numbers posted on their respective properties, said individual shall have an option of not having new numbers placed on the property so long as the existing numbers meet with the approval of the Fire Marshal. If the Fire Marshal deems that the existing numbers are not sufficient for the purposes set forth in this chapter, then the homeowner and/or business owner shall be required to have new numbers put on the premises as set forth above.
