It shall be unlawful for any person, persons or corporations to set up or establish trailer camps or lots for the use of housing trailers within the limits of the Township of Bethel.
It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, corporations to place any trailer or trailers on any lot or highway in the Township of Bethel for the purpose of establishing living quarters for persons to reside therein.
The establishment of trailer camps and the use of trailers for living purposes is hereby declared a public nuisance and detrimental to the public health of the community.
Any person, persons, or corporations violating this ordinance, or any of the terms or conditions thereof, shall pay, upon conviction in summary proceedings before any Magisterial District Judge of the County of Delaware, a fine not less than $5 nor more than $25 together with costs of prosecution for each day the chapter is violated, and in default of the payment of said fine, shall be committed to the county jail for not less than 10 days nor more than 30 days.
