Editor's Note: This vote superseded a prior

The Select Board is to appoint a Planning Board
for the Town of Dennis consisting of seven members, each of whom shall
serve for a three-year term.
All Planning Board members in existence as of
May 5, 1998, shall complete their terms, and any appointments made
after March 31, 1999, shall be for a three-year term.
