A. Notwithstanding
Section 6 of the rules and regulations of the Board of Health, it
shall be unlawful for any person to keep or park any trailer or so-called
"mobile home" designated or intended for human habitation or occupancy
anywhere within the corporate limits of the Town of Dennis for a period
of more than seven (7) days, except at a trailer park or trailer camp,
so-called, duly licensed by the Select Board Members of the Town of
Dennis at the time of or subsequent to the adoption of this bylaw,
without special permit from the Select Board Members of the town.
The Select Board Members shall issue such special permits as a matter
of right to all persons owning trailers lawfully situated on premises
within the Town of Dennis at the time of the adoption of this bylaw.
B. Exception. The Building commissioner may issue a building permit
for a temporary "mobile home" when a residence has been destroyed
by fire or other natural disaster in accordance with MGL c. 40A and
the Town of Dennis Zoning Bylaw without approval from the Select Board
Members.

Any person violating any of the provisions of
this bylaw shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.) for each
offense. Each day that such violation shall continue shall constitute
a separate offense.

On and after March 10, 1965, no permits for
new trailer parks or the expansion of present trailer parks shall
be issued in Precinct 3, namely "Dennisport," south of Route 28.
