No owner of a private pool shall drain or allow water to drain from
the pool onto public property or onto property other than that of the pool
owner.
Any police officer, the Health Agent or Building Inspector shall be
an enforcing official for purposes of this bylaw.
In addition to any other available enforcement method, this bylaw may
be enforced pursuant to the noncriminal disposition provisions of MGL C. 40,
§ 21D.
