Pursuant to MGL c. 91, § 29, as amended,
the Town assumes liability for all damages described in that section
and incurred by work to be performed by the Department of Public Works
of Massachusetts in accordance with MGL c. 91, § 11, as
amended; and the Select Board are authorized to execute and deliver
a bond of indemnity for such damages to the commonwealth.
