South Fayette Township will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of an individual(s) who damages, destroys, defaces or removes any property that is owned, leased or maintained by South Fayette Township.
The South Fayette Township Police Department will make an official report of all acts of vandalism.
The South Fayette Township Police Department will investigate all information that is received.
The amount of the reward shall be based on degree of damage and budget constraints and will be set by the Township Manager.
A. 
The South Fayette Township Police Department will make the recommendation as to whether the reward should be paid and to whom.
B. 
The Township Manager will give approval of rewards paid.
Upon payment of a reward, the Township Manager will submit a claim to the insurance carrier for reimbursement.
