No person, firm or corporation shall leave or
permit to remain at any place out-of-doors within the Borough of Wilson
or within any building accessible to children and under the control
of such person, firm or corporation any abandoned, discarded or unattended
icebox, refrigerator or other container having any door or lid to
which is attached a lock or latching device of any kind which cannot
be released from inside such box, refrigerator or other container
by the application of pressure from within such icebox, refrigerator
or other container, unless the door or lid thereof shall have been
removed.

Any person violating any of the provisions of
this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable for each
offense by a fine of not more than $300 and costs of prosecution or,
upon default in payment of the fine and costs, by imprisonment in
the county jail for a period not to exceed 30 days.
