It shall be unlawful for any person, persons,
firm or corporation to sandblast structures of any kind whatsoever
in the Borough of Wilson, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, during
the months of May, June, July, August and September.

Any person violating any of the provisions of
this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable for each
offense by a fine of not more than $300 and costs of prosecution or,
upon default in payment of the fine and costs, by imprisonment in
the county jail for a period not to exceed 30 days.
