Each Supervisor of the Township of Derry whose appointment or term commences on or after December 31, 2001, shall receive compensation for attending duly advertised general or special public meetings of the Board of Supervisors at the rate of $75 for each such meeting attended by such Supervisor.
No Supervisor shall receive annual compensation under this article in excess of the annual statutory limit set by the General Assembly in Act 60 of 1995, as may be amended from time to time, for Supervisors of townships within the appropriate population category.
Such compensation shall be paid in bi-weekly installments.

The Supervisors shall receive compensation for mileage allowance for the use of personal vehicles at the rate of $0.28 per mile.
Those Supervisors serving terms of office beginning prior to January 1, 1988, shall receive the sum of $25 for each semiannual inspection of roads and those beginning new terms of office on or after January 1, 1988, shall receive $50 for each semiannual inspection of roads.
The Supervisors, when working on Township roads part time, shall receive as compensation the sum of $14.75 per hour.
Any or all Supervisors who are full-time employees working on Township roads shall receive paid vacation as follows:
