No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle within any loading zone referred to in this article, except for the purpose of loading and/or unloading commercial goods, wares and merchandise to be delivered to or from any commercial or business establishment within a radius of 500 feet from such loading zone, and in no event shall any such loading zone be occupied by any vehicle for more than 20 minutes. Loading and/or unloading to or from any commercial or business establishment shall not take place on any street or highway except in an established loading zone.
Loading zones are hereby established in the parking areas alongside the curb of the following portions of streets:
A. 
Southerly side of East Main Street from a point 35 feet west of the intersection of the southerly line of East Main Street with the continuation of the westerly line of Maple Avenue to a point 84 feet west.[1]

B. 
Southerly side of East Main Street from the intersection of the easterly side of South Ocean Avenue and the southerly side of East Main Street to a point 71 feet east.
C. 
Southerly side of Academy Street from a point 64 feet east of the intersection of the southerly side of Academy Street with the continuation of the easterly side of Taylor Lane to a point 40 feet east.
D. 
Easterly side of Railroad Avenue from a point 83 feet south of the intersection of the southerly side of West Main Street with the easterly side of Railroad Avenue to a point 70 feet south.
E. 
Southerly side of Oak Street from a point 234 feet east of the intersection of the easterly side of North Ocean Avenue and the southerly side of Oak Street with the continuation of the southerly side of Oak Street to a point 70 feet east.[2]
