Town of Haverstraw, NY Chapter 60 Bingo

§ 60-1 Title.

This chapter shall be known and cited as the "Bingo Ordinance of the Town of Haverstraw."

§ 60-2 Conduct of games authorized; restrictions.

It is resolved and ordained that it shall be lawful for any authorized organization as defined in § 476 of Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law, upon obtaining the required license, to conduct the game of bingo within the territorial limits of the Town of Haverstraw, subject to the provisions of this chapter, Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law and Article 19-B of the Executive Law.

§ 60-3 Amendments.

This chapter may be amended by the Town Board of the Town of Haverstraw from time to time, after a public hearing as provided by law and in accordance with the authorization granted by Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law and Article 19-B of the Executive Law or any amendments or additions thereto.
