The general regulations affecting the use of buildings and land and the bulk arrangement of buildings and of materials and equipment occupying land in connection with the nonbuilding use thereof for each of the districts established by Article II are hereby established as set forth in this section.
A. 
Use Table. The accompanying tables, entitled "Tables of General Use Requirements," shall be deemed to be part of this section and are referred to herein as the "Use Table."[1]
