The provisions of Chapter 544 of the Laws of
1978[1] shall be declared applicable to the Village of Irvington.

A certified copy of this article shall be filed
forthwith in the office of the Attorney General of the State of New
York at Albany, New York, so that this legislation shall become effective
in the Village of Irvington on the 30th day next succeeding the date
of filing.
