The office of Assessor is hereby created and
shall have all the powers and duties conferred by the General Statutes
and such other powers and duties as the Board of Selectmen may establish
by resolution not inconsistent with the General Statutes. The Assessor
shall be appointed by the Chief Administrative Officer.
The office of Building Official is hereby created
and shall have all the powers and duties as conferred by the General
Statutes and such other powers and duties as the Board of Selectmen
may establish by resolution not inconsistent with the General Statutes.
The Building Official shall be appointed and discharged consistent
with the requirements of the General Statutes.
