A.
There shall be a Township Physician appointed by the
Township Committee for a term of one year.
B.
The Township Physician shall be a licensed physician
of the State of New Jersey, but need not be a resident of the Township.
C.
The Township Physician shall receive such compensation
for services as designated by resolution of the Township Committee.

The Physician shall examine such persons as the Police
Department may require in connection with investigation of crime.
B.
When directed by the Township Committee, the Township
Physician shall also examine or cause to be examined any employee
of the Township who reports sickness or disability which may incapacitate
such employee for employment with the Township.
C.
The Physician shall perform such other duties and
shall keep such records as prescribed by resolution of the Township
Committee.
