[Adopted 5-16-2006 by Ord. No. 1364-06]
A service charge of $750 per year shall be charged
to each tax search company requesting remote access to the Township's
electronic tax records. Remote access shall be provided only after
regular business hours. The fee shall be paid in advance to the Township
Tax Collector and such fees shall be deposited in the Township's general
treasury. The amount of such service charge is equal to the approximate
amount of the Township's administrative or other related costs.
Access shall be authorized by user password
to be issued by the Township or the Township's agent.
