§ 129-1
Discharge onto highways prohibited. 

§ 129-2
Violations and penalties. 

From and after the effective date hereof, it shall be unlawful for anyone to construct or place any sewer outlet within the limits of a public highway or to discharge upon such public highway, sewage or drainage, except surface drainage, within the Township of Daugherty, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.

Anyone violating any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to payment of a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $1,000 and costs of proceeding before a Magisterial District Judge by either summons or warrant and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, sentenced and committed to the Beaver County Jail for a period not exceeding 90 days.
