Amendments to regulations. 

A. 

Amendments to the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance shall become effective only after a public hearing held pursuant to public notice. The Planning Commission shall make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on amendments not prepared by them within 30 days prior to the date of the public hearing.

B. 

At least 30 days prior to the date of the public hearing on an amendment to this chapter, a copy of the proposed amendment shall be forwarded to the Beaver County Planning Commission for review and recommendation.

C. 

Within 30 days after adoption, the Board of Supervisors shall forward a certified copy of any amendment to this chapter to the Beaver County Planning Commission for its files.

D. 

Proposed Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance amendment texts may be examined at a place designated by the Board of Supervisors prior to their passage. Notice of said ordinance provisions and a summary thereof shall be published not more than 60 days nor less than seven days prior to passage.

E. 

When an application for approval of a plat, whether preliminary or final, has been approved or when an application for land development has been approved and the applicant accepts the conditions of approval, no change in the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance or Zoning Ordinance of Daugherty Township shall adversely affect the applicants' right to complete any finally approved aspect of the proposed development within five years from such approval.
